Our aim is to provide a professional and personal service to both Landlords and tenants and to develop a relationship based on loyalty and trust.
In a fast developing and ever growing market, we have installed tried and tested software to work alongside our manual systems allowing us to match requirements quickly and efficiently resulting in fast results. All members of staff are fully trained and familiar with current and emerging legislation on compliance and safety requirements and are encouraged to engage in continuing professional development to ensure that we offer the best advice on all aspects of the residential letting market, at all times.
For Landlords with property to let in Southbourne, Christchurch, Bournemouth & Poole, we are able to offer standard business terms or a bespoke package that will exactly meet individual owner’s requirements.

​
Before your tenancy commences (Payable to Jordan Marks Estates)
Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent
Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent

During your Tenancy (Payable to Jordan Marks Estates)
Payment of £50 to change the tenancy agreement
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3%
Payment of £50 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with the tenant's early termination of the tenancy
