All members of staff are fully trained and familiar with current and emerging legislation on compliance and safety requirements and are encouraged to engage in continuing professional development to ensure that we offer the best advice on all aspects of the residential letting market, at all times.

Jordan Marks Estates Fees for Tenants

Before your tenancy commences (Payable to Jordan Marks Estates)

Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent 

Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent 

During your Tenancy (Payable to Jordan Marks Estates)

Payment of £125 to change the tenancy agreement

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 8%

Payment of £50 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices 

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with the tenant's early termination of the tenancy

 

During your Tenancy (Payable to the Service Provider)

Utilities - gas, electricity, water

Communications - telephone and broadband
