COVID-19 Update - We are OPEN

 On the 13th May 2020 the Government announced that persons travelling to view properties for sale and/or for rent are free to do so under new amendments to travel restrictions whilst the county is in Lockdown, and that travelling to Letting and Estate Agents is also now permitted.

At Jordan Marks Estates we very much welcome this new amendment and have re-opened our office in accordance to the Governments advice.

Protecting our customers and employees is our first responsibility, therefore please note the below steps that will be undertaken moving forward to ensure that at all times we are adhering to the Governments new guidelines:-

   

   Office    

                 

 The office will be open as usual with the following new measures:

- Only one customer will be permitted entry to the office at any one time

- Hand sanitizing stations will be available by the front door for clients, customers and employees

- 2 meter social distancing will be practised at all times, with the appropriate signage visible in the office to act as a reminder to all

- Clients and customer are encouraged to wear their own PPE when visiting the offices 

Viewings

 In person viewings will recommence with the following new measures:-

- Our Agents will at all times wear the appropriate PPE when conducting a viewing

- Viewings will be limited to one person and the Agent only

- Agent and the viewer must maintain a 2 meter social distancing at all times

- All the doors and windows to the property will remain open during the viewing 

- There will be gaps between each viewing to ensure no viewings overlap

- All Viewers will be asked to answer medical questions before viewings

- Clients and customer are encouraged to wear their own PPE when attending viewings

Inspections

At this time no inspections will be taking place

Maintenance and Repairs

 At this time only emergency repairs will be carried out
